Call (831) 459-2159 during Ticket Office hours, Tuesday through Saturday 12PM to 4PM. The Ticket Office accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Tickets are also available through our partner, the Santa Cruz Civic Box Office located in downtown Santa Cruz. Please note: all tickets are subject to per ticket service charges.

Your request must include the following information:

• your first and last name;
• a phone number where you can be reached during Ticket Office hours;
• date and name of performance(s);
• number and type of tickets desired: adult, student, senior or UCSC student;
• method of payment (check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover).

Tickets may be held at Will Call or mailed, depending on the amount of time before the performance. Please note: all tickets subject to per ticket service charges.

In Person

Visit the UCSC Ticket Office at the Theater Arts Center during Ticket Office hours. Tickets are also available through our partner, the Santa Cruz Civic Box Office located in downtown Santa Cruz. Please note: All tickets subject to per ticket service charges.

Refunds/Exchanges:

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are given only in the case of event cancellation. Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs are subject to change without notice. No refunds are given for duplicated web orders or for differences in full price tickets versus discounted priced tickets. Most performances have discounts for students, seniors, etc. If you feel you are eligible for a discount (senior, student, UCSC staff/faculty, etc.), please indicate at the time of your order. Exchanges are allowed by producer policy only; please check with the box office for specific producer exchange policies.
